Sin & Death
by Gregory Wilde  /  poetry  /  27 Jun 2008

down the HWY
I met two girls

One named sin
and the other death

and they have the most beautiful skin
most beautiful breasts
most beautiful eyes
you will ever see

and we talked for a while
and they took me

to the door
and they met the world

and world has the largest veins
you'll ever see

and we danced all night
and we slept 'tll the sun woke

and sin & death
told me about their love
and their love for one another

and we danced with the sun and world
as high on sin and high on death

and we met the moon all night long
he just sat down and cried and cried and cried
and we never knew why
